This form will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and you will be required to provide information including but not limited to; ID information, character references and accept the NDA, prior to paying your $350 territory holding fee.  Once this is paid you will receive within 48 hours access to the disclosure document and template franchise agreement relevant to the territory you have inquired about.
